Returns and refunds

If something is not right with your order, we want to make it right.

Requesting a return

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what went wrong, and we will reply with the next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned in full to your original payment method through Stripe, and you will receive an order email when the refund is issued. How quickly the refund appears after that depends on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
